Question regarding what I can eat on a vegetarian diet? I have been eating an all vegetarian diet. My neighbor was cleaning out his ice box and he gave me a chicken. The chicken was already dead and he was going to throw it out. He said it had been sitting out of the ice box for a day or so but I smelled it and it didn't smell rotten. Since the chicken is already dead and he was going to throw it away anyway, can I still eat it and be a vegetarian? Where can I find a vegetarian diet plan for athletes? I am a competitive figure skater and I skate 3-4 hours a day five days a week. The second is I was informed recently that certain things in greens and other vegetables make conception easier. What does a healthy vegetarian diet look like? ? I've recently become a vegetarian. It wasn't exactly planned, I just sort of stopped eating meat...I do, however, still eat fish from time to time.
