I have a strange diet or at least thats what my friends say... I am a vegetarian so meats are a huge NO! I usually only consume 2-3 servings of fruit and 2 cups of yogurt each day with about 15 bottles of water. I am very slim, and underweight to be honest, but overall i feel healthy... Is my diet healthy? I'm not trying to loose weight, I just am wondering if it's a healthy life style choice?
