what to eat on a low carb diet?
I am an athlete. I play tennis. My season does not start until 3rd week of February. Also, I am planning to lose 25 pounds before my season.Since season has not started, I am planning to go on a low carb diet. What kind of food should I eat? How many pounds can i lose in 2 months time. Help please. Thanks.

- Hi, I have done a low carb diet before and it really works but you have to stick to it!! Have a look at akins.com, they have a whole list of foods you can eat and what to stay away from. In short, eggs, cheese, meat, fish and chicken all are very low in carbs. The atkins diet reccommend that you only do the induction stage for a week or two as its very hard on your body, after that you can introduce small carbs.
