I am a vegetarian, I am 13. I weigh 80 pounds. I want to be at least 90-95 pounds. Can you give me a daily example of what I should be eating each meal? Like... Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner - Thanks! Also, what are the best foods that are vegetarian that will help to include gaining weight? Thank you!

  3. Gaining weight, let's see... Oh yeah, you consume more calories than you burn. Sign up at nutridiary.com and consider downloading CRON-O-METER. If you consume 3500 more calories than you burn, you'll gain a pound. So if you consume 500 more calories than you burn each day, you'll gain a pound each week. Note that the amount of calories you burn, however, changes with your weight and level of activity. After you're at your ideal weight you can use nutridiary to find out how many calories you need to consume to maintain that weight.

About every month I believe you should eat just a BIT of fat alongside, such as: Pizza hut, Burger King, Taco Bell, etc. You need a little bit of fat such as the above sometimes, but of couse without the meat. Good luck! Hope I gave you some good examples. :) If you eat meals similar to the ones I have listed, you will definitely for sure gain weight in the next couple of months. I feed my kids similar meals to the ones I've listed, they are healthy grown vegetarians. You will be one too if you eat the correct foods. Foods such as nuts, fruits, veggies, veggie meat will help with gaining weight. Ask your parents to make the meals I've listed. :) * & REMEMBER REMEMBER REMEMBER to drink water EVERYDAY. That is very VERY important. Water is a huge part of your health. So make sure to bring a bottle of cold water to school, either with added lemon (makes it tastier) or just plain water is fine. But if you don't drink water every day, you won't be healthy. GOOD LUCK! :)
  9. you could include margarine to your food, or enjoy in sugar (chocolate, cereal bars). as long as you dont get too fat, it shouldnt give you a diabetes.
