- You can't do anything else. Dont turn to pills and stuff, just run the fat off, and it wont happen quickly so dont be all "This doesn't work"
- I'm vegetarian and am putting weight on since I made that choice. We can end up eating a lot of cheese for protein, so fat can be high. I'm all for people going veggie for whatever reason. Don't worry is the main thing - you are young! Best low fat veggie food are beans, lentils chick peas - while having the protein without fat. Skimmed milk would be good for you. Make sure you get omega 3 from flax seed and iron and B12 from vitamin supplements. You'll be fine. If you don't want the veggie option (can't beleive I'm saying this as one) - try tuna and chicken breast as both have virtually no fat.
- If there is a pool nearby go for swims as often as you can, swimming is one of the best exercises. Water has a lot of advantages. And if nothing else, a cool dip in a pool is a wonderful stress reliever.
