Can I Have Some Help With A Vegetarian Diet?
Hi Guys, I plan on starting a vegetarian diet for a while to see how i feel on it (at present i eat out at fast food restaurants alot), I am curious to see how i feel. I have been gaining weight lately so i'm hoping trying this and daily exercise will help me feel and look better. I am asking any of you that know anything about, are their any good sites to look for recipes for nice meals, or can you suggest any good recipes? Anything would be gratefully appreciated. I do want to clarify two things. 1.) I do not intend to be a vegetarian for long, this is for me to see how i feel after eating a strictly vegetarian diet. 2.) I Love Meat, always will, i do not do this for any animal rights purposes.

- Start with peta.com and in the google search type vegetarian starter kits. Thats what i did
- You could start by eating a boring diet get bored and eat what you want.
- quorn is an amazing food that replaces meat, it tastes great and has a similar texture to meat. You can google vegetarian recipes and find loads of stuff, if you want to loose weight stop eating or cut down on takeout food its really unhealthy and is fatty :/ hope ive helped :)
