Vegetarian Daily Diet

Good vegetarian diet food?

I have a lot of exta fat in my legs and stomach. It looks so ugly. I hate it! I walk a lot, but I am starting to go running with my dog, and I am going to start doing squats, crunches, ect... All my old cheerleading workouts. However I eat a lot of carbs because im a vegetarian (I eat no chicken, fish, and no eggs, I also dont drink milk) For breakfast lately I have been having 2 rice cakes with hummas on it, I just eat to much throughout the day and the fat isnt going away. Do you have any daily food suggestions? I currently weigh 120, and I would like to get down to about 113, and lower my BMI, which is in the normal range, but I have a small frame. Thanks you : )

  1. Eat 1200 calories a day at least. And basically try to avoid snack and fried foods. With your restricted diet the pounds should come off in no time.
