Will I get enough daily nutrients if i start a vegetarian diet?

im planning on eating oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, a salad with raw broccli cauliflower and tomatoes and spinach lettuce for lunch and dinner. and a nutri-grain bar in between meals as a snack. I am also taking 2 GNC whey protein shakes a day. I wanna know if this is gonna be enough nutrients throughout the day and im gonna be working out 6 days a week for approx 1.5 hours a day.

  1. Make sure you take a B-12 supplement, as an all vegetable diet has no source for B-12 in it. You should probably also consult with a doctor before making any radical diet changes, just to ensure that it is a good eating plan.
