Why is it so hard for me to lose weight, i work out daily and i diet, but i don't see any result?
I am a vegetarian and i don't know whats the best Vegan diet.

- You're probably not eating well enough. As strange as it sounds, the less you eat, the more your body relies on the muscle and fat tissue to give vital energy to the cells. So if you continue to eat small amounts of food such a piece of fruit or a handful of dried nuts regularly through the day, you might just see some better results. Also, the fact that you're a vegetarian might have an impact on your diet (you may not be getting enough vital nutrients that you would from meat, so try substituting that with food with similar nutrient content).
