Vegetarian Daily Diet

Daily Diet help...Please...?

Hello everyone, I need help with the my diet chart. I am 52 kgs, n want to loose my weight. Fast. I walk every morning for an hour, with a little jog, n then 1 hour exercise. I tried to control my diet, but it did not helped. I really want to loose my weight, please help me with a proper diet plan, and if any changes in my daily routine. N ya, I am vegetarian. I hae no idea about fats that each food contains, so I need a complete diet chart. What should I eat and what not. Thank you.

  2. I use many different program to lose my weight, but nothing worked untill I got this amazing program. It works just amazing and I lost my weight fast after I got correct program.
