What would I need to eat to get a balance diet as a vegan?
Also does anyone know of a website where I can find a comparison of the environmental requirements for a vegan diet as opposed to one that contains meat and related products? @Jyon Marqz methinks you misread the pyramid, as vegans don't consume dairy produce, although some do consume substitutes.
