Daily diet plan?
Holiday on July 11th what should i do to tone up and what should i eat each day for each meal to become skinnier and ( firmer) i weigh 136lbs and im 5"6. Thankyouu (im a vegetarian btw)

- Eat tons of fruit and jog 30 minutes a day. That's what I'm doing. I weighed 136 end of last week now I'm 131. I'm 5'7. Only drink water (except If u want something else in the morning you cant) Just eat healthy for other meals. edit:I'm a vegetarian too
- doesn't sound like you need to change your diet, normal weight range for BMI, if you want to firm up maybe do extra exercise
