Vegetarian Daily Diet

A healthy diet?

I am a healthy 19 year old male with a height of 5'11" and a weight of 11 stone. I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian. Is this an appropriate daily diet for someone like me? 2 litres of full milk 0.5 litres of orange juice 0.5 litres of apple juice 3-4 bananas 1-2 helping(s) of vegetables 4-5 raw eggs (not cooked)* 1-2 helping(s) of cereal 1 bar of chocolate (do not ask me to remove this) *For the second question, what would the impact be if I consumed this much clean cholesterol? What are the effects of consuming clean cholesterol and how does the body handle it compared to damaged cholesterol? Sources and citations will get you browny points, though educated opinions are welcome. Additional: Do not warn me about salmonella poisoning, it is very unlikely to happen, especially from where my eggs are coming from.

  1. 1 bar of chocolate, do not as me to remove this. Will you marry me?
  2. That sounds great! I am vegetarian as well, and something you could include would be this soy product called Chik'n on the frozen foods aisle, which is wonderful in wraps, tacos, or just by its self. Not to mention that it has 23 grams of protein! Haha I also love the fact that you wont remove the chocolate, occasionally I love the hersheys cookies and cream bar, so I understand.
