What's your daily diet? (Vegan tips)?
I'm fourteen, & thinking of becoming a vegetarian/vegan. Not only because I love animals, but also to improve my relationship with food (I've had a history of a restrictive eating disorder, which still bothers me, but we'll not go there). I'm just wondering what you're typical daily diet would be (as in breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks ect) & give me a few solid reasons on why to become veg. Thanks in advance. (:

- For breakfast I usually eat only fruit (fruit in season), and as a before lunch snack I eat a yogurt. For lunch I love eating cous cous with tons of veggies, and a salad. Then at dinner I usually eat a plate full beans, with other veggies! I became vegetarian because of animal rights, and health reasons.
- Well to plan out ur diet, first decide what type of food do u need at what time of the day.. Generally morning breakfasts need to be a heavy one.. Many ppl neglect this and move on with their day.. Lunch needs to be a bit lighter and dinner, the lightest meal of the day.. Avoid oil and avoid water while having a meal. Drink it only after finishing ur course and atleast an hour before starting..
- Before changing your diet, resolve your food issues. They won't disappear simply because you cut out meat. Many people will actually end up disguising their eating disorders with vegetarianism or veganism, which is one reason why veg*ns have the stereotype of being too skinny. My recommendation is for you to look up to women who are fit, then try to emulate their bodies. Why? In order to obtain a fit, well-toned body, you must eat regularly and exercise in moderation.
