i want to loose 4 kg in a month...i want proper diet daily to be followed...?
i am ready to eat anythin.. i can live on fruits only if i have to... but please give me a good healthy diet... i work out ay the gym for 1and half hours five days a week.. i had thyroid prev not now... my muscle weight is excellent and i dont want to loose muscle weight but want to lose fat... i need a very healthy diet chart with timings to be followed any one can help!!... oh and one more thing i am a vegetarian ... so keep that in mind!!...

- morning: only fruits milk noon: only roti and sabzi evening: only milk and corn night: dal and roti you can have icecream and fatty food once in 2 weeks. the next day you can have fruit diet.
- Vegetarian.... I see... My suggest is that don't eat any vegetarian food outside cook it yourself... :) As mostly vegetarian only eat rice and vegetable, vendor who cooks vegetarian food adds a lot of oil to make people feel full. I would also recommend you that in the morning, drink a 500cc warm water and just take in fruits for your breakfast (in the morning, we don't have a good appetite), for your lunch and dinner, eat vegetable and rice, in the ratio of 3:1. Which means 3 spoon of vegetable goes with 1 spoon of rice... As suppose, it should be able to cut down a few kilo in 2 weeks :)
- 1st thing is exercising every morning nd jogging for 1nd half km evreyday nd u should eat less than before nd the most important thing eat equal everyday bec if u eat unequal that increases weight
- Daily eat less but sleep immediate. Go by bike even for smaller distance never walk. If you have a child who makes you too much trouble to have food,bath,dressing. Try to take care of him.
- My friend the only way to loose weight successfully and permanently is to workout and eat healthy. well lets put it this way walking for an hour burns no more than 220 calories, where as a kilogram of fat has over 7000 calories. So even if you were to walk for an hour a day it will take you almost 3 months just too loose 1 kg of fat. Also you can not take of fat from a certain body part by working out that part particularly.
