Vegetarian Daily Diet

a good Vegetarian Diet ?

im a Vegetarian and im deff. eating the wrong things considering i gained wieght ever since i decided to change to Vegetarian. (about 6 months ago). anyways, i know its not the excersize because i work out 4 times a week. so since i want to loose the wieght i gained, im going to eat 1300-1400 calories per day. whats a good daily vegetarian diet that i could eat to help me reach my goal??

  1. I stopped eating meat about 20 years ago and lost a lot of weight. A lot of the 'ready made' veggie meals are high in fat content. Salads and/or pasta is always an option.
