im a Vegetarian and im deff. eating the wrong things considering i gained wieght ever since i decided to change to Vegetarian. (about 6 months ago). anyways, i know its not the excersize because i work out 4 times a week. so since i want to loose the wieght i gained, im going to eat 1300-1400 calories per day. whats a good daily vegetarian diet that i could eat to help me reach my goal??
