  1. This is great!! Keep it up!! :) Honestly, I wouldn't really change anything on here. But maybe you would want to go to your doctor and ask about vitamins for your diet? I don't think that this has the most of it. All of this sounds really good.. I might actually try something like this!! Thanks a lot!! :)
  2. That is VERY healthy! There isn't anything else I would change or alter about it. However, I'm not sure if you are taking vitamins, but you might want to ask your doctor (or even google) what vitamins should be taken by vegetarians.
  3. yea it perfect, And i was really looking for something to pick on but i couldnt, i should take notes, im a vege as well!
  4. that is all very very good but i think you might be able to snack on maybe one sweet thing
  5. This is pretty good, but here are some things to consider: 1) Your diet is a little high in carbs. delete the kashi bar and popcorn on days where you have a lot of grains, pastas and breads at other meals and eat fruit or yoghurt as the snack instead 2) You could fit a few more portions of vegetables in 3) Don't eat before you go to bed. You should stop eating 2 hours before you go to sleep. 4) I don't see beverages listed. you need some water. and since youaren't drinking regular milk, you need to have 3 servings of dairy a day. I only see two here. 5) You might want to eat some flaxseed oil too. 6) eat some beans or legumes which will give you more protein and extra fiber
  6. That sounds pretty gosh darn awesome! Seriously, it's pretty healthy (very healthy, actually) and it sounds so appetizing! It sounds like you're doing a great job trying to lose weight! Actually, as well, I agree with dmb. You should try finding a great daily vegetarian vitamin or supplement. Since you don't eat meat, it can sometimes be hard to get in everything that you need, including protein.
